double cone blenders that consist of cylindrical shell rotating on a horizontal axis that is mounted on a sturdy mild steel frame. The double cone blenders are used for mixing powder and granules. The double cone blenders can withstand rotational load of the mill charged and material to be processed. The double cone blenders have openings for easy loading and discharging. The total working capacity of the mill is as per 50% of the container capacity. The double cone blenders are made from high stainless steel and two-third volume of the cone blender is filled. The powder can be loaded through a wider opening and discharged through a mucon valve or a slide valve.
