Gun drilling is a deep hole drilling procedure which is performed with the help of a long and thin cutting instrument to drill holes in the metal with higher diameter to length ratio. Gun drilling tools are differently abled to create deep hole which are generally not possible in ordinary lath drilling machine. This specialized system is capable to remove trimmed metal chips out of the tool even from the extreme depth with the help of liquid high pressure coolant oil.

Deep hole boring is the process of enlarging a hole that has already been drilled by deep hole drilling or deep hole gun drilling. The process of boring is performed to achieve the accuracy of the desired diameter. We have the capacity to deep hole boring of ID 25 to 300 mm, length up to 6000 mm. By using the on-going technologies in cutting and machine tools, we attain close tolerances, exceptional precision and surface finishes.
