Non-Ex Transmitters Our Non-Ex transmitters are suitable for use in non-hazardous environment. The Transmitters are built using stainless steel for durability and reliability. Custom Transmitters We offer a wide range of custom transmitters based on our client’s requirements either longer run time or higher signal strength. Some of our custom transmitter lines are,   Transmitters:   Custom made switchable transmitters allows user to switch between 22Hz Pulsing mode and 22 Hz continuous mode. Please contact sales@innovienindustries.com for further enquiry.  Programmable Transmitters:   As the name suggests, our programmable transmitter helps user to program the transmitter to transmit one of the following frequencies at a time.  1. 22 Hz Pulse  2. 22 Hz Continuous  3. Code A (15 Hz)  4. Code B (19 Hz)  5. Code C (26 Hz)  This custom transmitter can be programmed any number of times, which eliminates usage of 5 different transmitters. 

Pig Tracking Receivers - Tracks 5 Devices at Once WT-RC-Ex model receivers are made out of a light and durable aluminum frame, have a high impact Polyurethane cast handle, and polycarbonate internals. Completely sealed, they are waterproof. They feature 200 hours of continuous operation on one set of batteries (8 x C Cell Alkaline) – dependant on use of optional external strobe, backlight, and signal detection. They are small, and easy to handle.  The key feature of our receiver is ease of use - ONE HAND OPERATION.   Included with a receiver kit, and also available as additional accessories are a nylon case, an external antenna, an extension cable, and a hard sided carrying case. Receivers come strobe-equipped, out of the box. This allows an optional external strobe light (purchased separately from the kit) to be plugged into the receiver. This light is triggered by the signal detection of the receiver and serves to alert the operator remotely that a transmitter has been detected. Additional strobe lights can also be ordered as accessories.
