This integrated system is manufactured for preparation of Lollipop metalsamples for Optical Emission Spectrometry (OES). Lollipop sample is kept on adesignated place. The robot picks up the sample and loads it on an AutomaticMilling Machine. The Milling Machine removes the cast raw surface to exposethe bare metal surface for OES. A Machine Vision System (Camera) is used toidentify and locate the faulty spots on the Lollipop samples. Robot places themachined surface of the Lollipop sample on to the designated slot of OESavoiding the faulty spots. After analysis (spark) at OES on atleast two differentspots, the robot takes the Lollipop to an Ink Jet Printer (4 lines). Heat No.___, Batch No.___, Time & Date are printed on the surface of the sample.
