NOKRUSTTM 90 is a VOC free fast drying rust converter formulated for treatment of lightly rusted or even correctly prepared metal parts and surfaces. NOKRUSTTM 90 helps neutralise and convert rust into a black protective film. The converted coat can be used as a finish coat or can be painted over as well. For, heavy protection paint the converted object with high rust resistance paint. NOKRUSTTM 90 is non-flammable and contains no hazardous solvents.

Directions for use
Liquid

• Remove dirt, grease, oil and other contaminants from the surface to be coated.
• Remove blistered, loose and heavy rust scale with the help of wire brush or scraper.
• Shake can well and pour the desired amount of liquid on the metal surface.
• Apply by brush or roller on the surface, apply a second coat if needed ( within 20 minutes)
• Allow 12 - 24 hours of cure time before painting.

Aerosol

• Mask areas not requiring coating from overspray.
• Remove dirt, grease, oil and other contaminants from the surface to be coated.
• Remove blistered, loose and heavy rust scale with the help of wire brush or scraper.
• Shake can well.
• Hold can 15 cm – 30 cm from the surface and spray uniformly on the corroded area. Apply second coat if needed, within 15 minutes.
• Allow 12 - 24 hours of cure time before painting.
• To clean nozzle after use, hold can upside down, then press nozzle for a few seconds.
