Our product range contains a wide range of AUTOMATIC GLYCERINE SOAP CHILLER
Introduction: This machine is designed for producing of Glycerine Soap Bars. The process involves hot liquid of Glycerine Solution which is poured into Storage Tank conveys into 100 Nos Oval Pipes by Hydraulic suction system.The Oval Pipes are arranged with Chill water circulation to solidify the solution at fast pace and the 100 Nos of 700 mm long Glycerine Soap Bars is formed within 1 Hour process time.
he machine consists of Chill Water Tank with SS Oval Pipe Inserts and Bar Ejection Rods which is operated by Hydraulic Mechanism. Upon moulding process, the soap bars are ejected using hydraulic system which is operated by flame proof electrical switches. The machine is of sturdy construction and the materials used for manufacturing conforms to International Standards. The equipment design consists of Hydraulic Cylinder, Hydraulic Power Pack, SS Oval Pipes, MS-SS Chill Water Tank, Inlet and Outlet Water Connections. The machine is user friendly and designed for high accuracy, cleanliness for easy and hassle free operation.
