About Compact Fluorescent Lamps: Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFL) are one the most advanced and well designed Compact Light Source to give maximum light output with a minimum power consumption. Basically, this is a gas discharge lamp having high efficiency fluorescent coating and raw gas filling.

These lamps are six times efficient than the standard incandescent bulbs.

This machine is to automatically press eyelets on to the CFL Cap Holder and also insert the pin into the holder at the speed of 1200 pcs/hour

This machine has used for FTL 2 feet and 4 feet Lamps (T8, T10, T12 ) for process of crimping the LIWs to the cap pins and the lamps are lighted up by high voltage tester for ageing process.

• The machine is of robust construction having tube transferring chain and holders
• The process of operation starts from loading of FTL Tubes after capping process onto the holders and conveyed to the positions
• Wire cutting is carried out prior to crimping operation
• Crimping process is done on the LIWs on both ends automatically
• The crimped FTL tubes are conveyed to high voltage lighting up process wherein busbars are provided for automatic lighting up of lamps thereby completing the ageing lamps
• The rejected lamps are automatically detected and unloaded to separate unloading tray
• The Ok lamps are automatically conveyed to unloading and packing area.

• The changeover of production ie 2 ft lamps to 4 ft can be done easily by LM Bearing and shaft bed movement system.

This machine is used to create a notch in the exhaust tubes which is used in making Fluorescent Tube Lamps . The Notch is made for holding the Mercury Pill in the Exhaust Tube until the next process of vaporizing the mercury into the arc tube. The vapourizing of mercury helps the arc to easily pass through which creates UV Light. This UV Light emitted strikes through the phosphors inside the glass tube which converts the light into useful visible light.

This machine shapes out a uniform notch in the exhaust tubes which will be automatically conveyed using Indexing Mechanism. The Exhaust tube is pre-heated using electrical heaters and after forming of notch it is conveyed to annealer for gradual cooling process. The Notched Exhaust Tubes are unloaded automatically.

The machine is simple to operate and can be used as cost saving measure and manhandling issues concerned with glass tubings.

This equipment is for automatic loading of cathodes for Lamps. It has 8 gates to separate & load cathodes automatically onto the Mount Machine cathode Loading conveyor at the speed of 1200 pcs / Hour. This equipment can be used for GLS , FTL and CFL Cathodes

Introduction: This machine is designed for producing of Glycerine Soap Bars. The process involves hot liquid of Glycerine Solution which is poured into Storage Tank conveys into 100 Nos Oval Pipes by Hydraulic suction system.The Oval Pipes are arranged with Chill water circulation to solidify the solution at fast pace and the 100 Nos of 700 mm long Glycerine Soap Bars is formed within 1 Hour process time.
