The latest model incorporates an automatic safety device and locking system besides other features as in above. The safety device prevents the transfer of tissue from 10th stage to 11th stage or from 11th to 12th stage, in case the wax has not been melted properly due to power failure or any malfunctioning, thus protecting the unit and the tissues. The auto locking system checks the transfer of tissues from 12th to 1st stage to safeguard against the accidental reprocessing of the same and locks the machine. Fume Exhaust hoods are designed to contain and exhaust toxic. Obnoxious or otherwise harmful gases, vapours, mist etc. to protect personnel and equipment. A motor driven blower created negative pressure within the chamber extracting the contaminated air from work area and expel it in to the atmosphere. The hood is ventilated of the air drawn for inside the laboratory which is used effectively for through sweep out of work chamber. Fabricated out of best quality thick weather resistant Duroboard clad in Mica Lamination from outside, Inner chamber finished in chemically-resistant Epoxy paint and work surface covered with glazed tiles and counter balanced slid ' ing Sash Fluorescent tubes are fitted inside.
