We offer a complete product range of Scooping Belt Conveyers
The Scooping Belt Conveyor moves bulk solids continuously on level and inclined stretches. The webs, or flights, of the corrugated and belt scoop up the material and also prevent the flow-back of fluidising powdered material.
The totally enclosed construction ensures that there is no spillage. Material adhering to the belt and moved beyond the point of discharge, immediately returned by the partitions to the feed side and received back by the upper belt.
The housing of the return, and take-up units designed as a scooping trough, serves this purpose.
Application
The Scooping Belt Conveyor is preferably used to handle wet ash. lime, cement, gypsum, ground lime, wood chips, or similar, difficult-to-handle material.
