Calibration Gases

We are offering calibration gases.International industrial gases possesses the facility to produce any stable non explosive mixture of gases or gaseous vapors with any concentration within the permissible limits of physics and chemistry. Iigl also produces liquid mixtures pressurized by an inert gas.Calibration mixtures play a crucial role in many industries including steel, chemical, mining, petrochemical, electricity generation, gas, environmental protection as also in hospitals and research establishment. In all these cases, highly sophisticated and extremely expensive instruments are used to monitor and control reaction, reduce cost, meet essential standards and frequently save life. The accuracy of these instruments is a direct function of the accuracy of the calibration gases-the more precise the instrumentation, the greater the need of accuracy of the calibration gases. Ideally, one always desires to use the most accurate gas standard available. However, cost of the mixture rises dramatically with the rate of difficulties in preparing them and the analytical accuracy required. Iigl is well equipped with all the necessary infrastructure to meet the customer needs.

Nitrogen Gases

We are offering nitrogen gases.Nitrogen (n2) constitutes 78.03% of the air, has a gaseous specific gravity of 0.967, and has a boiling point of -320.5f (-195.8c) at atmospheric pressure. It is colorless, odorless, and tasteless. Nitrogen is often used as an "inert" gas due to its non reactive nature with many materials. However, nitrogen can form certain compounds under the influence of chemicals, catalysts, or high temperature. Commercial nitrogen is produced by a variety of air separation processes, including cryogenic liquefaction and distillation, pressure swing adsorption (psa), and membrane separation. Gaseous nitrogen is used in the chemical and petroleum industries for storage tank blanketing and vessel inerting applications. It is also used extensively by the electronics and metals industries for its inert properties. Liquid nitrogen, produced by the cryogenic air separation process, finds wide use as a refrigerant in applications such as cryogenic grinding of plastics and food freezing.

Hydrogen Gases

We are offering hydrogen gases.Hydrogenhydrogen (h2), the lightest element, has a gaseous specific gravity of 0.0695 and a boiling point of -423f (-252.8c) at atmospheric pressure. It is a colorless, odorless, tasteless, flammable gas found at concentrations of about 0.0001% in air. Hydrogen is produced by several methods, including steammethane reforming, dissociation of ammonia, and recovery from by-product streams from chemical manufacturing and petroleum reforming. Hydrogen can be stored and transported as either a gas or a cryogenic liquid.Hydrogen is widely used in petroleum refining processes such as hydro-treating, catalytic reforming, and hydro-cracking. It is a raw material for innumerable chemical processes ranging from the manufacturing of high-density polyethylene and polypropylene resins to the hydrogenation of food-grade oils. Hydrogen is also used as a reducing gas in metals processing operations. Applications in the electronics industry are found in the manufacture of silicon wafers and computer chips. Rocket engine fuel is another major use for hydrogen.
