The modelIRD7111isdesigned for continuous measurement of environmentalnoise in industrial and urban applications. It is suitable to meet Occupational Health Regulations that requiresprecise sound level monitoring. It continuously transmits signals to a Central Control Room givingwarning and alarm of excessive noisethat could be a health hazard to personnel in the area.

The IRD7111 ismicroprocessorbasedand programmable for a range of sound pressure levels. In addition to its4-20mA output and relays, IRD7111 has aBNC socket for FFT analysis of the rawtime wave form signalfor identification of any specific sound frequencies that may be harmful. IRD7111 is part of IRD Mechanalysis Ltds comprehensive IRD7000 suite of proven site mounted machinery vibration and TSI transmitters

The IRD7111 is designed to be mounted above process machinery offering a 90 degree sound cone radius below. The base mounted integral microphone isprotected from dust and moisture ingressfor long life. Once programmed, the hinged door is screwed sealed closed as the enclosure isIP65rated. Standard instrumentation 4-20mA signal data can be transmitted to a Central Control Room or DCS for trending, recording or for local display. Internal relays are provided foraudible annunciation or visual alarms. Prior to installation a sound survey would be undertaken to establish an optimum location for IRD7111. Based on machine distance from the microphone the appropriate db warning and alarm levels can be set. The IRD7111 is also provided with FAST option to select Peak Measurement, if required. The transmitters output current is 4mA DC (when the input sound signal corresponds to the base threshold) and 20mA DC (when input sound level corresponds to full scale) with an accuracy of 2dB of full scale range.

IRD449 is a Portable Digital Vibration Diagnostic Smartmeter. It is able to measure Vibration, Temperature, Speed and help assess bearing condition and bearing noise. Its capabilities lie between a simple vibration meter and a sophisticated vibration analyzer. Its inbuilt diagnostic capabilities allow it to help the user diagnose common problems such as Unbalance, Misalignment and Looseness.

IRD429 is a Vibration Switch designed to meet the requirements of both small scale as well as large scale industries. It is a compact, affordable and reliable solution for Vibration based condition monitoring. It eliminates the need of additional electronics and cables as its sensor body itself has the necessary electronics to provide output and relay contacts. The switch which is externally powered provides 4-20 mA output. It also provides a relay contact for trip for tripping the machine in cases of high vibration. It is equipped with False trigger delay to prevent tripping of machine due to spurious high vibration. The trip value and the time delay can be set by rotating the rotary dial on the sensor body itself. Colour indication via LED is also available on the body itself with Green indicating healthy condition and Yellow indicating Trip.
