We are offering concentrated liquid bleaching agent with whitening and hygienising action.Soft ox hygienic is a preparation containing stabilized peracetic acid .It eliminates successfully each kind of stain and assures a strong hygienising action already at lowtemperatures (30c).Particularly indicated to treating linen in hospitals, for nursing homes and communities.Soft ox hygienic decomposes in natural elements (water, acetic acid and oxygen) and does not lead toformation of any harmful halogen organic compound.The product is not subject to any bond as far as releases are concerned. Technical datacontains: peroxyacetic acid in solutionstate of aggregation: limpid liquidodour: pungentrelative density: 1.14ph sol.1%: acidsolubility in water: soluble directionsavoid contact with alkalins and organic substances.Keep protected from light and sunbeams. Soft ox hygienic can be used as a bleaching agent in the washing step.The bleaching action is carried out mainly in alkaline (between ph 9.5 and 11) at temperatures between 60-75 c.Reccomended dosages:bleaching is performed in the washing step with a bath ratio 1:4 in discontinuous spots, and in a bath ratio 1:5 in thosecontinuous.the optimum ph of the washing bath is between ph 9.5 and 10.5 if > 11 can cause tissue damage, if < 9 thedevelopment of oxygen is too slow and bleaching inefficient.temperature optimum: 70 -75c.optimal concentrationin the washing bath depends on the type of stain to be treated. . And it is between 0.1 and 0.2%.time of contact: 10-15 minutes.dosage: always in the bath and at temperature achieved and while the machine is running.
