The basic ingredients are a powerful foaming agent, of new generation, called Isocem S X, and a fluidizing additive, and effectively dosed, in balance with the other basic components. As lightweight screed is used as trimming at pipes level as support of traditional screed, it reduces thickness and weight of. Lightweight concrete improves a lot the acoustic damping of noise, due to its discontinuous structure. Monolayer screeds monolayer screed is realized with cellular concrete at medium density (with sand) and it is possible to glue directly pavement on it. Cellular screed can have a density from 1000 to 1300 kgm3.

Increment d 1300 can be posed through the plant for cellular concrete ibs-s or the machine fluocem. increment d 1300 is an isoltech technology for the production of self-leveling, monolayer with floating, cellular concrete screed at medium density, suitable to receive a glued pavement. for the self-leveling screed realization, in addition to the protein foaming agent for cellular concrete isocem sb, it is necessary to use additives increment n and increment l.

Cast in situ can be produced with the plant for cellular concrete IBS-S and Fluocem. This construction system consists in arranging a vertical mould of every type, for all or just a part of the construction to realize, including the internal sections. Cellular concrete panels are placed according to needs and dimensions: they can be cut or customized and blocked by the normal hardware of wood mould panels. Particularly productive is to use as mould the insulating panels as for example wood fibers or expanded polystyrene or polyurethane and leaving the insulating panels in situ to realize constructions with high thermal insulation value. It is possible to use both ISOCEM SB and ISOCEM SX, with the addition of a specific additive for vertical casts, Increment GV. In the mould, produced in this way, is located the arc-welded double net which supports the electric and hydraulic systems. All the technical installations have to be arranged before casting.

We are offering seismic 3c blocks. Isoltech’s 3c blocks: for a faster, cleaner and more precise assembly. Once the first line of blocks is levelled, they can be mounted dry, with no need for any further system to keep the wall plumb: this job is done by the mf (malefemale) joint of 3c blocks, offering many advantages: 1) lower use of plaster, as blocks are perfectly aligned and no surface corrections are needed; 2) lower use of glues (which are only needed on the vertical faces of blocks); 3) extraordinary savings on skilled labour and of course time; 4) no need for bearing pillars (in buildings up to 3 floors); 5) the male-female shape (of “mf” blocks) allows the mounting of dry walls. And after, a liquid mortar with sand and cement is poured into the columns made by the vertical holes of overlapping blocks. Inserting iron reinforcement bars (with “u”-blocks) allows the building of anti-seismic walls; also, slabs can be reinforced (with “l”-blocks) thanks to the special joint of these blocks for spandrel beams. 6) blocks can be easily cut with a conventional saw; 7) there are also the following special pieces: raceway block for vaults – perforated blocks for vertical structures. In the tests performed at the university of bergamo, isoltech blocks exceeded expectations. 3c blocks have continuous cylindrical cavities and this feature gives them particular anti-seismic properties. thanks to these cavities (and to u-blocks with a duct for horizontal reinforcement bars, see pictures 2 and 3), the whole structure of the walls can be reinforced with iron both horizontally and vertically. Also, as the mechanical resistance of the reinforced wall relies on these cylindrical columns filled with iron and mortar, the density of blocks made of non-autoclaved cellular concrete can be very low.

Isocem sb is a protein foaming agent for cellular concrete made up of hydrolyzed proteins, which form a highly stable foam; isocem sb is used in all medium density mixes of cellular concrete with sand, from 600 to 1200 kgm3, where it is important to reach the best mechanical strength, for the production of cellular concrete blocks. Technical features isocem sb, protein foaming agent for the production of foam concrete, is used in percentage of 3% and it is suitable for applications such as lightweight blocks, cast in situ, prefabricated panels. Foaming agent is sold in tanks of 1100 kg or barrels of 230 kg.
