The foam, produced by its specific generator, is conveyed through pipes to the mixer, where it is mixed with the mixture of concrete. Mixed cellular concrete is brought to a mould through a discharge pipe or a pump. The system produces automatically cellular concrete according to the density predetermined.
The cellular concrete mixer ibs 2008 is a medium-sized system with manual feeding (which can be made automatic). Ibs 2008 is specifically designed to produce cellular concrete with sand of medium density and it is ideal to produce foam concrete blocks thanks its output between 7 and 10 m3h.
Ibs 2008 capacity is 950 l and it is supplied with a horizontal mixing blade, foam generator, a water pump with timer for a constant output, a 300 l extra tank, an electrical panel and a 4 hp air compressor.

the level of automation of ibs 2008 can be partial or total, as it is possible to create an automatic supply of raw materials around it, for an industrial production with no need of assistance from specialized staff or long adjusting before every batch.
In this configuration ibs 2008 becomes the heart of the production in a more complex, automatic system, as in the picture below.ibs 2008 machine can be equipped of others accessories, as the loading bucket (ibs-s) to realize fluoplan, increment d 1300 or casts in situ.
