this process is done for mixing of all raw materials. Soap mixer machine is used for mixing of all the additives with raw soap and makes a hard paste form. Soap mixing process is done in a specially designed soap mixer machine.the plodder is used for compression of soap. This is duplex (double) plodder in which first is noodles plodder and second is bar plodder. From the first plodder, the output is in noodles form and which will automatically fed in to the second plodder. The final output will be in bar form.
