Anti-fog films are films with proprietary agent that keeps and products free from condensation of grease. These are modified films that have high affinity for water. The condensed water forms a continuous thin layer of water over the entire surface. The film should be installed so that water can flow without interruption down to the edge of the film.
Working of anti fog films, due to anti-fog film water is able to drain more evenly and flow to the lowest point. Water may even be able to flow over wrinkles that would normally be a prime location for dripping. It reduces number of spots where dripping occurs. Thin layer or water also acts as an infrared absorber.
It is a multilayer plastic film with a special type of polymer having adhesive property on one side. It is used for protection of a products surface from dust, scratches and damage during manufacturing, handling and transportation. It is used in many industries for products such as Polycorbonate Sheets, Acrylic Sheet, PVC, PP, HDPe Sheet , High Gloss Metal Sheet etc.
