Our Products
We offer a complete product range of Talc Powder For Paint Industry, Talc Powder For Plastic Industry and Hydrous Kaolin Powder
Features:
\nUsage:
Use of talc reduces the use of the primary pigment that goes into paint production, bringing down the manufacturing costs. It reinforces the paint film and improves the durability and stain resistance of paint. Due to its rust inhibitive properties & corrosion resistance, the finish lasts longer

Highly pure, laminar talc for plastic and rubber enhances the performance of compounds such as polypropylene (PP). Talc is not only used in automotive plastics and household appliances, but also in food packaging such as acid-resistant fresh food packs and garden furniture. This very wide range of applications is due to the constant innovation in its usability as talc acts as a cheaper, advantageous and environment friendly filler mineral.

Kaolin is a form of clay. Structurally, kaolin is a platy mineral. The mined and sorted kaolin is then subject to processing by a wet route to produce processed kaolins with desired properties for various applications.
\nKaolin is termed as hydrous when the kaolin has the bound water molecule. The presence of water imparts specific properties that are useful for certain industrial applications. They are generally used as fillers in the paper, paint, glass and rubber industries. To lose the water molecule and improve colour, the hydrous clay is subjected to high temperatures and the process in known as calcination. The product is termed as calcined clay. By controlling the calcination temperature, Metakaolin (550–900°C) can be produced. Metakaolin has applications in cement, rubber, cables & ultramarine blue.
\nAs a functional extender in paints, Kaolin offers the following benefits to the formulation:
