The double wall unit of Vacuum Oven is made out of thick powder coated or duly painted mild steel and inner round shaped cylinder made out of thick 304 grade stainless steel. The gap between the walls is filled with special grade glass wool for insulation to avoid heat loss. The door is provided a glass window to view inside sample without disturbing. The temperature is controlled by digital PID controller. The vacuum valves and vacuum gage provided on the top of oven. The high quality silicon gasket collided inside the door to avoid vacuum loss. The temperature range 5 degree above ambient to 150 degree with + - 2 degree (c) accuracy.

The standard double wall fabricated, inner chamber made of anodized aluminum or highly polished stainless steel sheet. Exterior fabricated out of thick powder coated mild steel. The gap between the walls is filled with special grade glass wool for insulation. Inner chamber is ribbed for placing shelves at convenient levels. The two or three shelves are provided with the elegant door. The Nichrome wire heating element is provided on three sides attain quick and uniform heating range 50 to 250 C controlled by capillary type thermostat. L- Shaped thermometer is built in type. Control panel provided with selector switches for high or low rating of power thermostat control knob and indicators for main & thermostat and supplied with cord and plug. The equipment is suitable to operate 220V Ac 50Hz single phase.
