Strong durable brass body forged from high tensile brass. Robust design with offset body ideal for industrial use.
One piece spindle assures a positive metal seal for durability and long cycle life.
Operating assembly has a top brass washer (packing washer) in addition to a bottom brass washer (packing collar) so that the gland nut is not torqued directly against the packing and to compress teflon packing from both sides.
Simplicity in design ensures ease of component interchangeability & replacement.
Valve body and gland nut are bright chrome plated for medical gases to service condition No 2 of IS:1068 for corrosion resistance and to protect from harmful effect of cleaning solutions.
Acetylene valves can be provided with fuse plugs conforming to IS: 13497 having melting temperature 98 C-104 C. Acetylene valves can also be 2 provided with safety disc having burst pressure (53, +0, -10% kgf/cm ).

Meets IS 3224:2002, each production lot inspected and certified by Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS).
Approved by PESO Nagpur.

Valve safety disc backed up with fusible alloy as per recommended safety arrangement for CNG cylinders for onboard application in vehicles in accordance with ISO 15500, Part 13.
A Retainer plug tightened using special thread sealant to insulate and protect burst disc assembly from vehicular vibrations.
A Valve retainer plug assembly can be provided with venting arrangement having vent threads as per buyer's requirement.
A Bull nose outlet connectors available with 1 3 / NPT, / NPT or M 12 x 1 internal thread 4 8 connection.
A Spindle threads and packing adequately lubricated with Krytox 200 series lubricant for long and smooth service life.

Valve having two outlets, one for discharge of vapour phase and other for liquid phase (Valve inlet hole connected to liquid outlet port must be fitted with diptube).
Lense washer between lubricated spindle and tip holder reduces friction between diaphragm and spindle assuring long wear resistance service life.
Valve design meets design and test requirements of EN ISO 10297:2006 for maximum Test pressure (Pvt) of 50 Bar, tested and certified at BAM Berlin.
Valves successfully tested for impact at 250J and can be used without valve protection for cylinder package mass not exceeding 69.4 kgs.

Valves approved by Chief Controller of Explosives and manufactured under BIS Inspection marking scheme conforming to IS: 12300-1998.
Valves suitable for small cylinders up to 25 litre water capacity.
Quick opening design for wheel operated valves.
Spindle threads lubricated for smooth operation during service life.
