Our DI Hard Liners combines the strength of a forged steel outer shell with corrosion and abrasion resistance of inner High Crome Iron sleeve. These High Crome Iron sleeve is precision honed with a surface finish designed to ensure maximum piston life and heat treated to a minimum uniform bore hardness of 63 HRC. DI Hard Liners are available in various sizes to fit in mud pumps widely used by drillers today. These liners are made for superior performance under tough corrosive and abrasive conditions. Rigid inspection is conducted on each of the Liners for uniformity of hardness, finish and accuracy in all dimensions.
