Poly Lube™ is a new generation composite external cum internal  lubricant especially developed for rigid PVC application like Pressure Pipes, Non Pressure Pipes, Column Pipes, Conduits, Fittings and other similar products.
With the use of Poly Lube™ range of One Pack Lubricant all other internal and external lubricants such as Polyethylene Wax, Paraffin Wax, Stearic Acid, Hydro Carbon Wax and various other expensive conventional lubricants are not required to use.
The working temperature of extruder machine is generally between 175 °C to 195 °C  and at such high temperature wax having high melting point is required and our product has a melting point varying from 90 °C to 105 °C, it also provides consistent viscosity enabling resistance throughout the machine at high temperatures till the last zone.
