These sections and profiles are manufactured in various standards like IS, BS, DIN, etc. which are mainly used in Locks and Safety Equipments, Automat parts, Hardware Industries, Engineering Industries, spectacle and watch and many more.
We are manufacturer of brass rods and brass bars with wide range of alloy grades and profiled shapes like round, bar , hex and other customized shapes. Our brass extrusion rods size ranges form 4mm diameter to 100mm as per required material grade. All our products are compulsarily passed through spectrometer testing for alloy composition testing and hence we guarantee the material grade composition.
These rods and bars are said to be the best alternative for machined parts which has bore like cable glands, brass sleeves, valves and various other brass components which has bore in its center. Being hollow, these rods need not require to make bore as done in regular brass rods; so it reduces the production time which would have been wasted in making bore, tooling costing and also scrap. As brass hollow rods makes less scrap compared to brass extrusion rods, raw material required as input is also reduced and which in-turn reduce the working capital also.
