Our Product / Services
We are leaders in the market for providing best range of Jaw Couplings, Tyre Couplings, Pin Bush Couplings and Gear Couplings
We are reckoned as the eminent enterprise in this industry, committed towards providing Jaw Coupling. The jaw coupling offered by us is designed with excellent quality material and advanced techniques. Our jaw coupling is available from us in numerous specifications. This jaw coupling is strictly inspected on various parameters for ensuring its quality. Unaffected by moisture, grease & oils and can withstand temperatures of -40C to +100C.

application
Generators, Centrifugal pumps and compressors, agitators, Belt Conveyors, Fans andBlovers up to7.5 kW, Feeders, Line Shafts, Rotary & Reciprocating pumps, Mixers and pulverizers.
Continental Tyre Couplings embody all desirable features of and ideal flexible coupling. They are torsionally elastic & can accommodate simultaneous parallel, angular & axial misalignments without imposing undue loads on adjacent bearings. Flexible Rubber Tyre dampens vibrations & torsional oscillations while absorbing shoscks.
Power & Bore Range : Standard Range covers Power Capacity up to 57 kW at 100 rev/min and bores up to 150 mm.bigger sizes up to CTT 250 to cover power ratings up to 130 kW at 100 rev/min & shafts up to 190mm can be supplied on demand.
Misalignment capacity : Parallel misalignment up to 4.8mm. Angular misalignment up to 4 & axial misalignment (End float) up to 6 mm depending on size of coupling.
Standard Tyres in high performance compound withstand temperatures up to 50 C. For high temperature applications with Oil & Grease contamination, Neoprene Tyres which are Oil & Heat resistant(up to 70 C) can be supplied.
These couplings are back-lash free & easy to install requiring neither special tools nor skilled labour to assemble.
These couplings do not require lubrication or maintenance. Replacement of rubber tyre can be done by loosening the clamping screws and replacing the worn out tyre by a new one without moving the flanges or the driving & driven machine.
These couplings transmit high torques through high tensile steel pins using fabric reinforced Rubber Bushes to provide flexibility to these couplings to take up some amount of misalignment while
Pin Bush Couplings are compact, easy to assemble and do not require any maintenance or lubrication. The flanges are machined from close grained Cast Iron conforming to Grade FG 200 of IS 210 and are generally available with a pilot bore to permit machining on site though they can also be supplied with finished bore and key way sa per customers requirement. Pins are made from EN 8 steel, flexible Rubber Bushes Made from Nitrile Rubber are unaffected by moisture, grease and oils including non-aromatic and non-ketone solvents and can withstand temperatures from-40 C to +110 C.
The standard range covers 20 size with power ratings up to 250 kW at 100 rev/min and bores up to 190mm.sizes above CTB 11 and in cast steel for special applications involving peripheral speeds above 30 m/sec can also be supplied on demand.
Continental Flexible Gear Couplings offer efficiant transmission of mechanical power and are capable of compensating parallel, angular and axial misalignment of coupled shafts. This coupling consists of two Hubs with curved external teeth engaging with internal spur teeth of the outer Sleeves bolted together through high tensile Steel Bolts using a Gasket in between.
Hubs and Sleeves are machined from forged / cast Carbon Steels. Gear teeth are generated using CNC Machines shophisticated Gear Shapers and back-lash values are chosen to ensure mechanical flexibility as well as smooth torque transmission. Continental Gear Couplings are supplied with teeth induction hardened to the required degree as a standard and are distinguished this feature.
O Rings at the end of the hubs ensure sealing of lubricants inside the coupling while preventing entry of dust. Continental couplings are suitable for both grease and Oil lubrication. While Lithium based Greases with EP additives are recommended for operating temperatures up to 80C, EP Gear Oils can be used for temperatures above 80C
