We designed Electric Wire Rope Hoist as per IS 3938 Class II & Class IV duty operations. Hoists are specially designed for higher lifts, faster hoisting & cross travelspeeds & movableon curved tracks can manufactureson request.

Rope Drum:Steel Fabricated/Seamless Pipe Drum is machine grooved as per IS-3938.

Wire Rope:Usha Martin make Steel/Fiber core Wire Rope as per IS:2266.

Gear Box:Complete gear train for hoisting is in an enclosed cashing provided with Grease/oil lubrication. The gears are made from alloy steel.

Lifting Hook (IS:3815 / IS:15560):Forged steel Shank Type hook with Safety Latch.

Trolley: Runner Wheel can be factor adjusted for Various size I-Beams, trolley, Motor driven, Hand Chain driven, Pull Push type or Curved typetrolley can be provided as per requirements.

Motor:Motor are of Squirrel cage, 40% / 60% CDF rating as per IS:325. Manufactured by Bharat Bijlee/Crompton/ABB/Marathon/JAPS make.

Hoist Brake:The Hoist Motor is fitted with in Electromagnetic brake of Shoe/Disc/Hydraulic type.

Limit Switch:Snap action type Limit Switches are provided to avoid over hoisting and over lowering.

Control:The hoist is controlled from ground level by means of pendent type PushButtons. Control panel is of enclosed type, easily removable cover complete with Transformer Contactors and Fuses.
