OUR COMPANY HAS SET-UP A MORDEN TESTING LABORATORY FOR TESTING OF ACID RESISTANCE BRICK AND TILES.
Cold crushing strength testing facility:-
The Cold Crushing Strength (CCS) represents the ability of a product to resist failure under compressive load at room temperature. For the measurement of the CCS, a steadily increasing compressive load is applied to the sample by a compressive machine until the sample fails.We have AIMIL make digital cold crushing strength (CCS)testing machine. Capacity of this machine is up to 3000 KN.
Flexural strength testing facility:-
Flexural strength, also known as modulus of rupture. The flexural strength represents the highest stress experienced within the material at its moment of rupture. The Flexure Strength Testing Machine is designed to test flexural strength of our brick and tiles. We have installed AIMIL make digital flexural strength testing machine. Capacity of this machine is up 100KN.
Weight measurement facility.
We have electrical weight measuring machine for accurate measurement of weight during test of acid resistance loss. Capacity of this machine is up to 200 GM.
Drying Oven:-
Oven is available in laboratory for drying of bricks and tiles during testing of water absorption. We have all instruments which is required for testing of water absorption as per IS 4860 and IS 4457.
