Foil Material Fully Soft (0 temper) aluminum of alloy grade AA-8011 conforming to Aluminum Association, USA, specification.

Thickness Tolerance 80 % of the length will be within +/- 5 %,
20 % of the length will be within +/- 8 %.

Foil Temper '0' (fully annealed)

Surface Finish One side matt and other side bright finish.

Total Grammage 240 gsm with +/-8% tolerance

Foil Thickness 25Micron OPA Film/Adhesive/45 Micron Aluminum foil/60 Micron PVC film (Total Thickness 145 Micron) with +/- 12 micron tolerance

Stickiness Material shall unwind freely at maximum 1.5 Meter length load.

Wettability When fully annealed wettability index will be 'A' - 'C' as per ASTM B 479 standard.

Core i.d. 76mm with +/-0.5mm Tolerance

Roll o.d. 250-350 mm with +/-5mm Tolerance

Roll width As per Customer Requirement (+/-0.5mm Tolerance)

ECV/Cup depth 9mm minimum value

Splicing Smooth ultrasonic welding joint for light gauge through out the web having 5mm to 7mm overlap. At splice foil will have 80 % of parent tensile strength.

Winding quality Foil winding on the core will have straight build-up having a maximum interlayer shift of 0.5mm. Maximum telescopic will be 2 mm.
