Temporary (Conical) Strainers are very low cost pipeline strainers that are designed for new system start-up. They offer protection for process equipment against damage causing contamination present during start-up and commissioning. Conical strainers are for temporary use and should be removed and thrown away after the initial cleaning of the system. Since these strainers are temporary, they need to be installed in a section of pipe such as a removable spool piece. Conical strainers can be manufactured in a range of different configurations to suit your specific requirements. They can be supplied in Carbon Steel, stainless steel, PP or Alloy Steel.Conical strainers are available with or without housing in various material of construction from 1" NB to 48"NB
Tee Strainers are popular in Refineries to remove sludge in pump suction lines. They are mainly butt weld ends and easy in removing screen for cleaning.
Tee strainer is fabricated from pipes & plates or standard equal tee & WNRF flanges. Filter elements are made of stainless steel perforated sheet or wire mesh supported by perforated sheet. In tee type strainer many times a structural skeleton made of flats and round bar is used to support the wire mesh. Tee Type Strainers are a low cost solution to large nominal bore straining requirements Tee strainers feature either bolted cover or quick opening covers for application suitability.
Tee-type strainers are designed to remove particles from pipelines where a compact accessible strainer is needed for protection of fluid handling systems. Further the use of custom assembled micron meshes and screens also ensures in them optimum functionality standards. | |||

Our range of Duplex strainer is mainly used for uninterrupted flow of process fluids. It has Two Basket Strainers and Two 3-way Ball Valves. The flowpath is changed over by manually operated Ball Valve. The clogged screen of one strainer is removed from housing for cleaning and refitted for next cycle. Meanwhile the process fluid passes through standby strainer uninterrupted. These can be easily replaced and have a leak proof design with bubble tight sealing as in the case of ball valves.

Having flanged ends/butt-weld ends of the dimension of 2" TO 24" inches, it is compact in size. Although it is easy to install, its size doesnt allows it to hold high amount of dirt. When it comes to pressure, the rating lies in between 150# to 300# and the strainer doesnt affect it while removing dirt with process stream. Our fabricated Y type strainers are easy to carry and install because of its low weight and compact size. You also get options to choose the most suitable type of fabricated strainer for your pipelines. We make larger size and pressure of fabricated strainers available for prospective clients on request.
