We were the first in Gujarat who launch Inkjet Sequential meter marking machine and commissioning self centering head for better concentricity of insulation. We were the first to introduce high precision computerized coiling machine which ensures exact length and compactness. These ISI marked wires meet the requirement of IS:694:1990with latest amendments. In addition they also improvedfire performance properties for category C1.They are approved by FIA/TAC. Fire Retardant (FR) insulated PVC wires gives you safety.FR insulated wires restricting of spread  of fire even at vrey high temperatures. Benefit of XLPE Insulation:- 1)   Continuous conductor temperature of insulated cables is 90c as against  70c in PVC Insulated cables hence it is possible to use one size lower than PVC for the same current. 2)   In XLPE insulated cables overload capacity is 130c as against 120c in PVC insulated cables. 3)   In XLPE insulated cables short circuit ratting 250c as against 130c in PVC cables. 4)   XLPE density is lower than PVC which makes them lighter in weight hence the bending radius is smaller than PVC. 5)   Lower Di-electric constant and power factor is saving in power losses which means saving in costs. 6)  There is no need of any special technique in jointing of cables. 7)  This cable has long and  trouble free life and are ideally suitable for submersible pump.    All information given herein is in good faith.
