Our product range contains a wide range of TUFF SCAFF TUBE MARKING MACHINE
This is an electro / hydraulic machine. This high speed machine can be operated by an unskilled person.
It can permanently security marks galvanized, black or aluminum parallel scaffold tubing along its length.
The electro / hydraulic driver is smooth running and resistant to shock loads or jamming caused by distorted tubes.
This machine can security embosses 48.3mm diameter tubing.
The ring die embosses up to 53 characters.
It embosses at a speed of approximately 25 meter per minute.
The marking ring die is hardened for durability.
The ring die can be easily replaced when required.
For special applications, a composite ring die with interchangeable letters is available as an option. It is a cost saving option in the case when stamp marks are damaged or worn off.
