Moduling Machines against iron contamination such as Nuts, Nails, Iron Bits etc. and ensure the trouble free and smooth operation of the machine. Four standard sizes both in Round and square are available and can be selected on the basis of the size and shape of Hoppers. High power Magnetic Rods are provided which prevents any iron material to enter in to the Machine. Special size Hopper Magnets are also supplied. Most useful for Plastic, rice Mill, Flour Mills, Cattle feed & Guar Gum industries. Available in S.S. 304316 construction also for Dyes & Chemical Industries.

The Permanent magnetic trap (filter ) are use for filtration of iron particles from products in liquid form. They are also frequently used in hydraulic circuits in cooling systems. Magnetic system is built up either of anisotropic ceramic or High intensity Rare Earth magnets. The Magnet unit is enclosed in stainless steel or M.S.Housing making it suitable using in chemical , Paper & Ceramic industry. The Magnetic unit is easily removable from the S.S. enclosure by loosening a few quick release fasteners. For the removal of low magnetic particles or oxidized iron is removed, a system with High Intensity Rare Earth Magnets is recommended.

The permanent magnetic channel are designed in various sizes & strength to meet the specific operation and plant condition. The channel magnet can ideally be used to remove tramp iron from material carried in chute. It is very useful for chemical slurry.

Use of Suspension Type Magnets is recommended for products with low contamination. However if the frequency of the impurities is too high, these will make a layer shunting magnetic field. The equipment will require frequent cleaning. For such applications Over Band type Magnetic Separator is recommanded.The main applications are for the processing of Bulk products such as Sugar, Coal, Minerals, Cereals, Coffee, Glass, Culets etc.

Installation : JMPL magnets can be installed either at the end of the belt above the head drum (Fig 1), or across the conveyor belt ( Fig. 2 ).

In both cases, to avoid disturbances to the magnetic field, a magnetic parts must be planced below the surface of the magnet.

The installation shown on figure 1 is preferable for high speeds. Separation is more efficient due to the trajectory of the fact that it is then "fluidised".

Permanent Magnetic Plates are designed in various sizes & strengths to meet with specific operation & plant conditions. Magnetic Plates are widely used for removing Tramp iron such as Bolts, Nuts, Bits of Wire, Nails and other casual containmination from free flowing materials to protect against occasional damage to the plant caused by bits of iron.

Grill Magnets are devloped to protact valued plants and machinery from Damage Cause by Iron particals in various Industry. No. of Magnetic Rods if High Power An Insotropic Ferrite or High Intencity NdFeBrare earth magnet are provided in M.S or S.S. frame as required. The Magnetic Grill is most useful for intel of screw conveyors, Bucket Elevators and Feeding Hopper in various Industries like food processing, Minerals, Chemicals Oil Mills, Pharmaceuticals, Ceramics and Glass Industries. The Grill Magnet is available in MSSS.304316 Construction as per the customer specification and sizes.

Magnetic Humps are used where the flow of material is vertical. The material falling strikes directly on the first magnet changes direction and falls over the second magnet, ensuring clean outflow of material. The Magnets are of Hinged type and can be easily opened for periodic cleaning. Hump Magnets can be supplied to suit any size of Pipe/Duct. Hump Magnet is available in both Ferrite & High Intecity Rare Earth Magnet as required.

Type J566-LM/WC is the most Handy, efficient and Economical device to separate iron Contamination from Foundry scrap sand & Plastic granules. Made from High Coercively permanent magnets. Most useful for foundry, Plastic Industry & Scrap dealers. Size of the magnetic plate is 140mm (W) X 170 mm (L) X 25 mm height. Non magnetic stainless steel bumping plate facilitates to remove iron from the magnet which is collected from scrap or any other material.

The spout magnet is most useful for Cement, Food & Chemical Industries.
