Defoiler is one of the small but needful machine. It is ideal for recovering the tablets. Capsules from the rejected and unsealed strips without any damage and such recovered Tablets/Capsules can be replaced on strip packing machine.
Defoiler is self contained, portable machine. The machine is fitted with a series of stainless steel, tong and groove pressure rollers, which are driven machine by spur gears. That holds the strip and gradual increase in width of the rollers Tablets/Capsules are pushed out of the pockets, the slitters and foil guides are pushed out of the pockets, and the slitters and foil guides are easily and quickly adjustable according to the strips to be feed. A stainless steel chute is provided to collect the Tablets/ Capsules, which are separated from the rejected foil strip. The design is such that the tablets/ capsules and DE-foiled strips are collected separately. A rotary reversible switch is provided to rotted the machine in reverse direction to clear the jamming of strips. The machine is fully guarded for operator's safety
