Working PrincipleThe top weight on the motor shaft rotates in a plane close to the centre of the mass of assembly. Rotation of the top eccentric weights creates vibration in the horizontal plane, which causes material to move across the screen cloth to periphery increasing the horizontal throw, causing oversize material to discharge at a faster rate. The bottom eccentric weight rotates below the centre of mass creating tilt on the screen giving vibration in vertical and tangential plane. Increasing the vertical component of motion, this promotes turnover of material on the screen surface helping maximum quantity of undersize material to pass through the screen. Rugged Springs placed over the circular motor base amplifies the vibration.

Thus, the set revolutions can be set depending upon the requirement of the revolution of Auger when the required revolutions of auger are over, the filling stops. After placing the bottle for filling and incase filling does not start after the set delay time, then check the sensitivity and cleanliness of the sensor. Unless the bottle is sensed, the filling will not start. To ensure the proper operations check the electrical connection and Input Output signals of PLC as per the electrical drawings. During filling operation, the bottle removed from its position before its set count value reached, the auger will stop.

Working PrincipleThe material to be processed enters into the feed inlet of grinding and granulating machine, and then drops into the conical sieve chamber. The rotary knife plays a whirling action to the material, and throws the granules to the sieve mesh surface by centrifugal force, meanwhile, the granulates are ground into particles by the shearing action produced by the rotary knife and the sieve mesh, and discharged through the sieve apertures. The size of ground particles can be adjusted by the sieve mesh number, the gap between rotary knife and sieve mesh, and the rotary speed.

The speed of the pan is so adjusted that the tablets tumble in the pan. Hot air is blown in. The syrup is added in portions. After each addition of the syrup, dusting powder is sprinkled. The dusting powder does not allow tablets to stick together. The alternative addition of syrup and powder is repeated until a desired coat is built up. Towards end, only warm syrup is added followed by cold syrup and the tablets are dried by blowing in cold air. This helps in obtaining a smooth surface.

Working PrincipleThe operating principle of the filter unit is very simple. The liquid to be filtered is passed on the filter tank by the transfer pump. A cartridge plate assembly consisting of several filter plate arranged with supporting screen filter media and interlocking cups, is fitted in the filter tank. The liquid in the center channel find its way to the center pressure cups through the circular openings on the side of the pressure cups. The filter media arrests foreign particle (solid particle) and allow the filtrate to pass through them and the screens and to run down the outlet pipeline.
