Working PrincipleThe top weight on the motor shaft rotates in a plane close to the centre of the mass of assembly. Rotation of the top eccentric weights creates vibration in the horizontal plane, which causes material to move across the screen cloth to periphery increasing the horizontal throw, causing oversize material to discharge at a faster rate. The bottom eccentric weight rotates below the centre of mass creating tilt on the screen giving vibration in vertical and tangential plane. Increasing the vertical component of motion, this promotes turnover of material on the screen surface helping maximum quantity of undersize material to pass through the screen. Rugged Springs placed over the circular motor base amplifies the vibration.

Working PrincipleA sensor is installed to confirm the presence of bottle under the filling nozzle. If this signal is confirmed then the filling starts till the Proximity sensor on the Auger plate gives set number of revolutions. The plate gives 10 pulses per revolution of auger. Thus, the set revolutions can be set depending upon the requirement of the revolution of Auger when the required revolutions of auger are over, the filling stops. After placing the bottle for filling and incase filling does not start after the set delay time, then check the sensitivity and cleanliness of the sensor. Unless the bottle is sensed, the filling will not start. To ensure the proper operations check the electrical connection and Input Output signals of PLC as per the electrical drawings. During filling operation, the bottle removed from its position before its set count value reached, the auger will stop.
