A HEPA filter, which stands for High-Efficiency Particulate Air filter, is a type of mechanical air filter designed to trap at least 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns in diameter. HEPA filters are commonly used in various applications, including air purifiers, vacuum cleaners, HVAC systems, and medical equipment, to remove dust, pollen, mold, bacteria, and other small particles from the air.These filters are made of a dense mat of fibers, usually made from fiberglass, that capture particles through several mechanisms, including interception, impaction, and diffusion. HEPA filters are highly effective at improving air quality, making them particularly beneficial for people with allergies, asthma, or other respiratory conditions.

A coarse G4 filter isdesigned to capture pollen, fog and coarse dust particles (10m). It also captures leaves, insects, textile fibres, sand, ash, mist and hair. (Note: 10m is 0.01mm.)

JFT Pleated Filter Cartridges are designed to optimize the surface area of the PP media for higher flow rate, lower clean Delta P and longer Service life. The Filter provides more surface area due to its pleated design. Applications for these are available across food & beverages, pharmaceutical, semiconductor and other demanding process applications. All PP construction and gradient density micro-fiber media provide excellent removal efficiencies and high contaminant holding capacities. All materials used in this filter cartridge are CFR-21 complaint so, it is safe to use for food contact purposes.

Spun Filter ismade of fine melted polypropylene, which is blown and spun in a cylinder-like form. The main function of sediment filter is to remove large and fine particles from a drinking water, such as sand, dirt, silt, and rust particles.

JFT STRING Wound Filters are designed and manufactured using the latest winding technology. The filter comprises a dense layer on the inner side and a coarse layer at the outer end. Due to this, it produces a superior depth filter with increased capacity, longer service life and high performance that reduce the effective cost. STRING filters have high structural integrity with huge void volume, giving a lower pressure drop. It had much-improved dirt holding capacity and efficiency compared to conventional wound filters.

JFT MAKE Sanitary Housings are designed and engineered to meet the critical needs of the Pharmaceutical

industry. The housings are mirror finished with a defined Ra value below 0.8 Um. Materials used in these
