We process PU Coated fabric in woven based fabric such as polyester, nylon , cotton blend to provide excellent waterproofing in the fabric. The polyurethane coating is applied to a single side of the base fabric, this makes the fabric water resistant. It is lightweight and extremely durable.PU coating is done on the fabric to with stand it against heat and moisture.Our polyurethane coated fabric is widely used in the fields of insulation, defense, aviation, marine, offshore, luggage, umbrella, tents, covers , jackets etc.
An acrylic coating is a thin (acrylic) layer applied to one side of the fabric. Compared to a PU coating it looks glossy. Itdoes make the fabric waterproof. It is economical as compared to PU. We can provide different types of finishes through acrylic coatng. Acrylic Coating can be done for umbrella, table cover , luggages , jackets , defence fabric etc.

We provide pigment / coloured coated fabrics in woven material and offer a width upto 95 inches. Pigment coated fabric is most economical and has good fastness properties and smooth textures. Pigment coating can be processed inboth polyster & cotton canvas that can be used as shoes upper , tents , covers , luggage etc.

Antifungal coating is done to avoid the growth of fungus on the fabric. This was mostly done on cotton fabric and now it can also be done on polyester fabric. Our chemical has reactivity properties for Anti fungal in both polyester and cotton fabric.
The presence of microbes in the fiber can cause cross infection, color degradation and bad odor to textile and thus we provide special Antifungal coating for it. This is widely used in bed sheet fabric, garments, art canvas etc

Their ability to block out rain and snow while allowing vapour from sweat to evaporate leads to their use in rainwear, waterproof outdoor sports clothing, tents etc.

Ripstop fabrics are woven fabrics often made out of polyster or nylon, whilst using a special reinforcing technique that makes them very resistant against tearing and ripping. During weaving (thick) reinforcement threads are interwoven at regular intervals in a crosshatch pattern in the fabric.

In the case of fabrics that are designated asfire retardant, that have been topically treated with chemicals, the flame retardancy of the fabric will dissipate over time, particularly with repeated cleaning. These fabrics must be dry-cleaned with a non-liquid cleaning agent.
