Fresh Kinnow

Kinnow is a hybrid citrus fruit, more oblate, with a smooth orange rind, very different from orange in form and structure. The growing climate for the two fruits is also very different. But, there is a striking similarity among the two, they both are sweet citrus fruits, somewhat alike in taste and can be used interchangeably, where necessary. Maturity of Kinnow can be known with the degree of flattening or depression of its apex. This is a hybrid of mandarin and other citruses. Processing of the fruit involves its selection on the basis of quality, firmness, deepness of grooves, smoothness of rind and intensity of redness in rind. It can be stored in room temperature. The climate of India is most suitable for the production of Kinnow. The fruit has to be carefully harvested, handled and wax coated, thus we take special care in its processing so that you get the juiciest fruit of all.
