JOGSON Hydro Extractor is designed to extract excess water swiftly from the Yarn, Cones, Loose Hank with minimum vibration & Noise. The outer drum and inner basket are made of AISI SS 304. with a top discharge opening, the basket is statically & dynamically balanced. It works under the unique principle of centrifugal force. We offer two types of Hydro Extractor i.e.(1). Belt Driven, machine mounted on heavy duty 3 leg suspension(2). Direct Driven, basket mounted directly on the drive motor. It is available in different ranges from 3 to 36 movable spindle for cones / bobbin and upto 600 kg. per batch for Hanks, Loose Fiber, Tape, Top, Narrow Fabrics and Garments. This Imitable extractor completes water extractions upto 95% for polyester in around 10 minutes & upto 65% for cotton / viscose in around 15 minutes, ensuring very low moisture retention. Hydro Extractor is provided with limit switch & inter locking device for added safety. The apparatus is thoroughly checked and inspected at served quality parameters by our experts for ensuring its flawlessness.
