cadmium sulfide The structural, morphological, and optical properties studied using powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and UV-Vis NIR analysis respectively. From the observed PXRD pattern, the particle size calculated using Debye Scherers method.The cell parameters well agreed withstandard JCPDS data.
