Centerless grinding is a unique grinding process, with grinds outer diameter (OD) of a workpiece with high degree of precision. This grinding process is different from center-type and chucker-type grinding processes. This process allows quick insertion, grinding and removal of workpieces. The kinds of grinding that can be executed from centerless grinder are through feed, in feed and end feed. CNC centerless grinder is for sale at Jugal Kishor & Co. The supplier and exporter provides both new and used CNC centerless grinder, which comprises control platform, 2-axis CNC work wheel dresser, high speed roll dress spindle, servo motor, control software and intuitive touch screen interface. The workpiece without center hole, driver or work head fixture can be machined, as it is supported on its own outer diameter by a work blade. This blade is situated between two grinding wheels, one is high speed grinding wheel and other one is slower speed regulating wheel.
