The basic principle of electrostatic precipitation involves the movement of charged particles from the gas stream to a grounded surface, known as a collecting plate. Collected materials accumulate on the collecting plate surface and are periodically removed by Rappers. The design characteristics of the collecting plate are important for efficiency and long-term reliable operation. We offer ESP Collecting Electrodes like thermax, Alstom, Botliboi, VT corp, ETS Elex, ACC, etc with sheet thickness ranging from 1.25 to 1.5.

All electrostatic precipitator (ESPs) employ discharge electrodes, connected to the high-voltage power source to generate corona discharge. Its annealed cooper nails ensure sharp corona points over along time. The advantages of our ESP Discharge Electrodes are higher corona generation and lower corona onset voltage.
