We offer a complete product range of Expander Extruder Machine
It is a versatile machine to process complete feeds in powder to pellets. Material consisting of non-conventional and conventional feeds in mixed proportions of approx. 40-60% with added moisture in form of water ranging between 18-30% is mixed and fed through feeding system at uniform rate to conditioning chamber. The raw material is subjected to grinding, attrition, shearing, friction etc. to create heat and cook the material in the final chamber. Material expands as it comes out of the chamber into atmosphere
