Pulp Filling Machine
  • Application Suitable for filling various viscous and semi-viscous liquids like pulp, jam, pulp concentrates, tomato paste, sauces etc.
  • Process Rotary volumetric type filler, the machine has variable filling speeds with high filling accuracy. Containers placed on carriers, which in turn are placed on a conveyor chain. The containers are filled once they come below the filling head. 
  • Features Rotary filling head made out of S.S. fitted with 4/8 nozzles. Conveyor track made of SS. SS chain with slots to fit the carriers. Aluminum carriers designed to hold the containers of different shapes. Insulation using glasswool.

Vacuum Filling Machine

Vacuum Filling Machine
  • Application Suitable for filling juice, ketchup, squash etc. in glass bottles under vacuum
  • Process The glass bottles are placed below the nozzles. Vacuum is created in the bottles due to the vacuum pump. The product fills inside the bottle upto the nozzle. This ensures uniform level of product in all the bottles filled.
  • Features Series of SS nozzles for product filling. Stand for placing the bottles. Watering vacuum pump is provided as the product is being filled in hot condition. Tank with flow control valve is provided.
