Lining : Uniform lining of suitable rubber compound resistant to all grades of petroleum and blended products having aromatic hydrocarbon content not more that 25%Reinforcement : Plies of natural synthetic woven fabric rubberized with a suitable compound and two helical GS wires. (as per IS 28078) embedded in the reinforcement plies in the case of smooth bore and in rough bore hose, the first is internal and the second is embedded.

Recommended for use in steel mills, thermal plants, heavy engineering industries for conveying saturated steam at a specified pressure

CONSRUCTION

• Lining : Synthetic rubber compound, seamless, reasonably smooth in bore, uniform in thickness and free from air bisters, porosity and splits
• Reinforcement: Synthetic yarn braided or rubberized woven fabric, natural or synthetic or a combination thereof.
• Cover : Cloth marked finish, suitable rubber, compound resistant to abrasion and heat.

Type 3A : is used for delivery of water for sprayers and spnnklers for irrigation system and other industries at high pressure.

Type 3B : Car washing hose is used for delivery of water at high pressure for car washing in garages & service stations.

Construction:

• Lining :Uniform Seamless lining of Natural or being of Natural and Synthetic rubber.
• Reinforcement : Plies of Woven textile or braiding of high strength synthetic fiber
• Cover :Black, smooth or cloth marked finish of weather and abrasion resistant rubber cover for lasting performance while used under severe working conditions. In addition, for type 3 B, the cover is highly resistant to oil & weather.

• Length: Mandrel made hoses up to 18.5 meters length, Moulded braided hoses in continuous long length.

• Lining: Black or white smooth rubber compound based on EPDM. Hypalon, Chloroprene, Acrylonitrile bytyl, SBR, natural or a blend thereof depending on the liquid for which the hose is to be employed

• Cover: Smooth or corrugated synthetic or natural rubber or a blend thereof
