Air Pneumatic Rockdrill Hose

Air/Pneumatic/Rockdrill Hose

Type 1 & 2 of the hose have multiple application for use with Compressors and other equipments, as a pneumatic tool for engineering purposes.

Type 3 hose finds its use in deep excavation operations undertaken in mines, construction of hydel projects, dams & whatever drilling is required in hilly and rocky terrains.

Exceptional Features:

JYOTI has the distinction of having ISI Certification Mark License for the complete range of hoses covering both woven textiles & braided rayon reinforcements for all types i.e., TYPE I, Type II & Type III.

Construction:

Lining : Uniform Seamless lining made from a blend of Natural & Synthetic rubber compound. In addition, for Type- 3 hoses lining is resistant oil mist.

Reinforcement: Plies of Woven textile or braiding of high strength synthetic fibre.

Cover : Smooth or cloth marked finish, abrasion and weather resistant natural rubber compound.

Length: Mandrel made hoses 18.5 meters maximum, Moulded braided hoses in continuous long lengths.

NOTE: The hoses above 25 mm size are mostly available in 18 meters length and made on mandrel.

Composite Hose

Composite hose made from polypropylene fabrics and films with an abrasion resistant PVC coated fabric cover. Inner and outer wires are galvanized mild steel.

CLASSIFICATION: Fuel and Oil Group

COLOR CODE: Available in any colors- Please specify at time of ordering

PRINCIPAL APPLICATIONS: Hose specially designed for the transfer of petroleum products by road Tankers, Rail tankers and loading gantries.

MANUFACTURE: Complies with EN 13765 Type 2hose where electrical continuity is maintained by both hose wires being securely connected to the fittings (less than 10 ohms). The hose contains a barrier layer for 100% aromatic hydrocarbons.

TEMPERATURE: 300 C to +80 0C

SPECIAL APPLICATION: It can be supplied with both inner & outer wire aluminum to reduce weight. These hose are called as Anti Spark LL Hose.

Lining : Uniform seamless and extra thick lining of highly abrasion resistant soft rubber compound.

Reinforcement : Woven, braided or spirally wrapped textile material of natural or synthetic fibers.

Cover : Cloth marked finish natural compound resistant to abrasion and weather.

Electrical Bonding : Copper wire comprising a number of strands is incorporated between the reinforcement plies to provide electrical continuity along the whole length of the hose.
