Acid Resistant Castable is a kind of granulous and powder material made with certain content of bindingagent added in fire-resisting materials. Acid Resistant Castable has high liquidity and is suitable for unshaped refractory materials made with pouring type. Acid Resistant Castable has various features of high temperature resistance, high mechanical strength and strong acid erosion resistance for all kinds of furnaces and kilns application.

Various refractory bricks in different sizes and shapes are now available for diverse applications. The typical refractory materials include fireclay refractories, high alumina refractories, silica brick, Magnesite refractories, Chromite refractories, Zirconia refractories, Insulating materials and Monolithic refractory. Depending on temperatures and service conditions of the applications such as boilers, furnaces, kilns, ovens etc, different types of refractories are used.

A fire brick, firebrick, or refractory brick is a block of refractory ceramic material used in lining furnaces, kilns, fireboxes, and fireplaces. A refractory brick is built primarily to withstand high temperature, but will also usually have a low thermal conductivity for greater energy efficiency. Usually dense firebricks are used in applications with extreme mechanical, chemical, or thermal stresses, such as the inside of a wood-fired kiln or a furnace, which is subject to abrasion from wood, fluxing from ash or slag, and high temperatures. In other, less harsh situations, such as in an electric or natural gas fired kiln, more porous bricks, commonly known as "kiln bricks" are a better choice.[1] They are weaker, but they are much lighter, easier to form, and insulate far better than dense bricks. In any case, firebricks should not spall, and their strength should hold up well during rapid temperature changes.

We are offering fire clay bricks. The main chemical components: al2o3 content is 30%-48%, sio2 content is 50%-65%, and a small number of alkali metals, alkaline earth metal oxides, etc. Mineral composition is usually mullite, quartz and glass phase. Its refractoriness is 1580-1750 ℃, refractoriness under load is 1250-1450 ℃, line expansion coefficients is low, with good thermal shock resistance and strong ability to resist erosion acid slag.

We are offering high alumina bricks. high alumina brick have very good ability of anti-acidity, anti-metal fluid corrode and anti-oxidation. high alumina brick are used normally in industry furnaces such as blast furnace, hot-blast furnace and eaf etc
