Kamachi HCRM contains corrosion resistant elements such as Chrome(Cr), Nickel (Ni) and Copper(Cu). These elements, present uniformly from the core to the surface, fight corrosion, maintain structural strength over time and prolong the life of RCC structures. The price difference of Rs. 3000- compared to normal Fe500 is negated considering that life expectancy of the RCC structure is increased manifold. This differential cost converts to savings against foundation re-strengthening and annual maintenance costs which occurs as early as 15 years. This translates to just Rs. 200- per year increase as against massive savings made to avoid special handling and annual maintenance costs of ordinary Fe500 structures.
