Kamdhenu Marine Plywood is crafted from imported Dipterocarpus (Gurjan) Species of timber and is bonded with high quality Resorcinol Phenol Formaldehyde. Marine Plywood is impregnated to the core with preservative chemicals in Pressure Impregnation Treatment Plant, and therefore, it is highly resistant to borers and termites.
This Plywood is made out of excellent quality of Platinum Timbers. Logs are quarter sawn into Planks using SDR method, which are chemically treated and well seasoned before converting into battens in a multiple ripsaw. Utmost care is taken to ensure no gaps, overlapping or corrugation, which eliminates the chance of opening up of the board when cut.
These are made from High Density Farm Timbers, which are chemically and well seasoned. Battens are edge glued to make these doors durable and dimensionally stable. Special formulations of chemicals are used to poison the glue line against borers and fungus.
Kamdhenu offers moulded designer doors made from High Density Moulded Skin. Kamdhenu Moulded doors consist of seasoned hardwood frame and core material covered with HDF Door Skin and hot pressed.
