Cylinder Liners manufactured by the "Centrifugal Cast Process" is acknowledged to be the best method. In the centrifugal casting process, the molten metals is poured into a metal mould or die which is revolving at a high speed. The centrifugal force causes the metal to distribute itself evenly around the die. Crown International also manufactures Centricast Liners, Centrifugal Liners and Chromed Bore Liners for automobile applications
We manufacture our liners, using graded cast iron & centrifugal casting etc. These are available at hardness of the material, 80-85 HRB (20mm-300mm). Further, our range is of industry leading price.
