We are offering screw conveyor. The screw conveyor is used for conveying free flowing granular/powdered material such as grain, sand, chemicals in a closed trough over lengths of up to 30 meters. It can convey horizontally, up an incline or vertically. The screw conveyor has a auger with specific pitch and diameter to suit the conveying capacity required rotating within a u shaped trough shell with a cover. It can have multiple feed and discharge points along its length and can also be used to mix multiple materials in specific ratios for feed into process machines.

These conveyors are used for moving piece goods horizontally or up an incline with rough top belting upto speeds of 100 meters/min. The frame is made from robust formed gi sheet metal or ss 304 grade for food applications .the conveyor is driven by geared motors depending on capacity of the conveyor in pieces per minute or tons per hour. Lengths of the conveyor can range from 3 meters to 1000 meters. The conveyors can be installed indoors or out doors with proper rain cover hoods.
