Application-Connect two shafts
Flexible couplings are used to connect two shafts, end-to-end in the same line to transmit power that is torque from one shaft to another. They are used when the two shafts are slightly misaligned, and can accommodate varying degrees of misalignment up to 3° and some parallel misalignment. Flexible couplings can also be used for vibration damping or noise reduction.
