We Composite Gasket consists of Conductive and Non-conductive Elastomers. These gaskets provide excellent EMI Shielding and sealing. These gaskets are very cost effective and can be used instead of Conductive elastomers where the cross sections are very large without compromising the EMI Shielding performance. These are mainly suitable for marine applications.
Wire Embedded Silicone Rubber Gaskets provided high EMI Shielding and environmental sealing. These gaskets consist of aluminum or S.S. or Monel wire embedded in silicone. The wires are oriented perpendicular to mating face and provide EMI Shielding. Each wire acts like spring and provide best gasket rebound. There is no connection between wires and as such these gaskets prevent moisture leakages. These are available in the form of strips. Wire Embedded gasket function as composite EMI Shielding and Environmental sealing. These wire Embedded Silicone Rubber Gaskets can be used in applications which require EMI Suppression, grounding or static discharge in addition to environmental sealing.
Conductive elastomer gaskets provide excellent EMI Shielding and sealing. We make conductive Elastomers which meet MIL-DTL-83528 specifications. We make a wide range of conductive Elastomers which include Silicone or Fluorosilicone Elastomers with conductive fillers such as Pure Silver, Silver Plated, Silver plated Aluminum, and these Conductive Elastomers are available in various profiles having excellent sealing and shielding properties. The various types of cross sections are solid O, D Rectangular, U Channel, P, Hollow O, D strips and P strips etc., Our silver filled elastomers are Capable of giving around 120 dB shielding effectiveness in the Plane wave and E-Fields.
Dual Type Wire Mesh Gasket consists of Knitted wire mesh combined with silicone elastomer. It provides excellent EMI Shielding along with Environmental sealing. It can be used in places where both EMI Shielding and Environmental sealing are required. It can be used for sealing doors, lids and cabins etc.,
Conductive Fabric Gaskets are made up of Conductive Fabric over foam These are cost effective and provide good EMI Shielding performance. These Gaskets are available with self adhesive backing.
